A Spectacular evening and an opportunity to try one of the most unqiue and exclusive meat dishes from Spain.
Authentic Segovian Suckling Pig Feast at El Borracho.
Menu will be as follows:
Selection of Cheese and Cured Meats
Garlic & Tomato breads
Croquetas de Jamon/Croquetas de Pulpo - Crispy Croquettes of Ham & Bechamel/Octopus, Paprika & Potato (2 flavours per head)
Vieira con Morcilla - Grilled Scallops, Black Pudding, Piquillo Sauce
Berenjena con Miel - Crispy Aubergine with honey, Sesame & Chilli
Calcots a la Plancha - Giant long onions, grilled with Romesco Sauce
THE MAIN EVENT - SUCKLING PIG - succulent and melt in the mouth with the winning combinations of a fine crisp skin - served with Panadera Potatoes and Demi-Glace sauce. This is brought from the kitchen whole and carved in front of you, by the chef using plates rather than knives to show the tender quality of the meat and the gentle crack of the roasted skin
Selection of Desserts
Price per head is £45.00. Non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is essential on booking your space. Very limited spaces. Choice of shared banquet table or individual table for your party. Unfortunately, just for this event dietary requirements outside of this set menu will not be able to be accommodated.
