Event:Segovian Suckling Pig Feast

A Spectacular evening and an opportunity to try one of the most unqiue and exclusive meat dishes from Spain.
Authentic Segovian Suckling Pig Feast at El Borracho.

Menu will be as follows:

Starters:

Spanish Cheeses with Membrillo (Quince Jelly)
Selection of Spanish Breads

Tapas:

Croquetas – 2 flavours per head (Jamon Iberico and Wild Mushroom)
Garlic and Chilli Prawns (Gambas al Pil Pil)
Calçots (Giant grilled Long Onions, served with Romesco Sauce)

Main Event:

Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (Cochinillo) served with Panadera Potatoes and Demi-Glace sauce. This is brought to the table whole and carved at the table by the chef using plates rather than knives to show the tender quality of the meat and the gentle crack of the roasted skin.

Dessert;

A Selection of our most popular Desserts, including Almond Tart, Crema Catalana and Chocolate and Churros.

Price per head is £39.50. Deposit of £10.00 per head is essential on booking your space.

Very limited spaces for the whole event, we shall be seating everyone on one long banquet table. Unfortunately, just for this event dietary requirements outside of this set menu will not be able to be accommodated. However you are welcome to book for any other time and enjoy the a la carte menu and all of its variety.
